Let me start of by saying this is genuinely a masterpiece. I have never been so enthralled in a clicker game in my life. All the little mechanics really kept me engaged. I loved the "defend-while-sleeping" mechanic. And when I became a COWBOY??? I literally leapt out of my chair.
All the art, sfx, music, characters, and writing were all on point. I did notice that all of my quests from one of the computer cats (I forget their name) were just "kill 8 ghosts." I'm not sure if this was intentional or just a bug. It didn't take away from the game at all, I just found it a little strange.
When I tell you I SCREAMED when the "to be continued" showed up at the waffle house section. I can't wait to see what is next. This game was an excellent experience from start to finish. I just looked at your profile and this is your FIRST GAME????? You're definitely going places my friend.
I am curious, where did you get the sfx and music assets? They were all so nice and crisp and I was hoping to use them in future projects.
Thank you very much! i made nearly everything myself - aside from a few silly requests i made to some friends and some obvious stock images. As for the "kill 8 ghosts" thing, ive noticed that there are a few inconsistencies and specific bugs that only happen to people on different browsers and devices. I have no clue how to fix it and i assume its just a fault on scratch's end along with me not being very good at coding lol. Anyways, your words are very touching, and im glad you enjoyed my little project.
